Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Biostatistics

Duke-NUS Medical School

I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Biostatistics at the Centre for Quantitative Medicine of Duke-NUS Medical School (Singapore). I am part of the research lab headed by Associate Professor Bibhas Charkraborty, on developing statistical methodology for adaptive designs. My current research interest focuses on adaptive designs, such as the sequential multiple assignment randomized trials (SMARTs) and micro-randomized trials (MRTs) in digital settings. I am also working with Assistant Professor Cui YiFan on theoretical reinforcement learning works. Learn more about my research interests in publications.

Outside of academic research, I am also a co-founder of a health tech startup, Applied Behaviour Systems Ltd, focusing on improving nutrition and performance in athletes. I am interested in developing systems using state-of-the-art statistical and machine learning techniques. Prior to joining Duke-NUS Medical School, I worked as a medical statistician at Tictrac Limited. See my full professional experiences here.
